These soft gel capsules are vegetarian and certified Halal and Kosher, so they are suitable for most people. These soft gel capsules are also free from gluten, alcohol, preservatives, yeast, gelatine, soya, peanut and nut oil. The soft gel capsules are easily swallowed with a glass of water.
